Abstract

We Intend to present the methodology of the Adlerian model of counseling of school orientation. In Alfred Adler's writing “To Heal and To Educate”, published in 1914 and later in 1922, he points out how he attaches importance to the issue of education. It is according to the author to instruct the parents in view of their educational function because from an improvement in the field of education he expects true prophylaxis of neurosis.

Of Course, he was convinced that one could not learn the education of the child only from theoretical lessons. According to Adler, many educators underestimate their task and start from the assumption that they can educate only because they were once educated. Thus, It happens that each generation transmits to the next the errors and the deficiencies in the character which it inherited itself.
