Abstract

Abstract

What we are experiencing from a scientific point of view is a period strongly devoted to understanding of emotions and their regulation. Moreover, the majority of humans is not educated nor a acknowledge his feelings nor control them when and if necessary. Although neuroscience attempts to describe the neurobiological characteristics of the emotions, on the other hand it is necessary that this knowledge comes into the classrooms, in the wards, even in the homes of everyone, because only through education you can move from one reality strongly individualized to a collaborative intelligence. The latter improves human relationships in the family and couple at work, whatever it may be, transforming them from "pyramid schemes" to "liquid" where the need of others is accepted and supported as potential value for the group improvement.
